Your job will be to make sure that the music, atmosphere and service meet their expectations. Take care of your customers and thanks to this they will recommend your club to others, thus increasing your reputation. React to unexpected events - spilled alcohol, a clogged toilet or a drunk customer, you will have your hands full!
